Everything was great and we really enjoyed the location of Magnolia. A very small issue was the rattling of the bathroom vent on the first floor at night due to the wind. The welcome cake and sherry was much appreciated. We would certainly reccomend this house and Classic Cottages to anybody visiting Exmouth...

The property is gorgeous, very well furnished along with being spotlessly clean. The cake [baked by the owner] and prosecco were a lovely welcome treat. The beach and sea front can be reached in a couple of minutes. The walk into town took about 10 minutes, lots of cafes and an M&S food hall. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and didn't want to leave....

We all had a lovely time, and the welcome gifts of cakes and Prosecco was a lovely touch. The walk to the beach and town were so accessible the children didn’t have far to walk. Would really recommend it.
