We had a wonderful week staying at Magnolia cottage. It is situated very close to the beach and the town centre, so we could walk most places. The house is superb and has everything you need for a great holiday by the sea. The owners had left a delicious cake and bottle of prosecco, which was a nice welcome touch. Exmouth has lots of family activities like a climbing wall, swimming pool, crazy golf, cinema, marina for crabbing, as well as the beautiful beach. We definitely recommend it. ...

Fabulous stay at Magnolia over the New Year. Very clean and comfortable, great location for beach and town. A big thank you to the owners for the welcoming goodies and the Christmas decorations in the lounge was a lovely touch.
