We had the most wonderful stay in July 2021 in this beautiful property. It is immaculately clean and spacious, beautifully decorated and offers real luxury (to a much higher standard that other UK based stays). The hosts are charming and welcomed our family with real hospitality - allowing them to roam into the extensive grounds to meet the horse, goat and chickens (they were even allowed to collect eggs). The landscape is extremely tranquil, and the location of the cottage is peaceful and quiet. The pool is a real treat - at nighttime, the lighting is quite magical. We ventured to the local pub, to various different beaches and to the local town, using the recommendations in the visitor book. This property will enable you to have a truly wonderful holiday. We will be booking again and are so thankful that we found it. Although the photos on the website are good, they can't represent how truly special this place is for a family holiday. We loved every minute of our stay there! ...

Excellent property, could not want for more, it's an ideal base for exploring Cornwall but honestly there is everything there you will need to keep occupied on those days when the weather is not good. The indoor pool is just the thing for those rainy days, I would thoroughly recommend this property and cannot wait to return....

The Granary at Polwrath exceeded all our expectations. The accommodation is both luxurious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and a delicious cake awaited us on arrival - there were even treats for the dog. The pool was wonderful and the gardens were a delight. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this beautiful, unspoilt part of Cornwall....
