Mr Fitzgerald April 2024
We were a family of 13 including a baby and dog. The house/church is a lovely alternative accommodation for large parties. We were very warm and comfortable during a cold April. We loved the well equipped kitchen, large fridge, jacuzzi, piano, comfy beds, plenty of parking and interesting decor....

Mrs Mackenzie August 2024
A lovely house, great amenities and a great location but unfortunately very negative reception on arrival. Dirty shower room, toilet and sink. But prompt response from the housekeeping team. Broken slats on one of the beds but again prompt response from maintenance. Both inconvenient on the first day of our holiday. Dog poo everywhere in the enclosed garden with a terrible smell that we had to clear up ourselves. ...

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the house, amenities, and location. However, we are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced upon your arrival. It is disheartening to learn about the cleanliness issues and the garden situation, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide. Your understanding as our team worked swiftly to address these issues is greatly appreciated. Your valuable comments will certainly help us in our ongoing efforts to improve. We look forward to making this up to you in the future. Chloe, Customer Support. ...

Mrs Aston July 2024
St Andrews is a special place, great for multi-generational family gatherings. Living inside a converted church is a unique experience. The property could do with some TLC, a deep clean to sweep the cobwebs and dust away inside, and some weeding and basic gardening outside to make the grounds more inviting. The Church is on the corner of a fast and busy road, so not suitable for walking directly (there is no pavement), but with a car (or the bus stop outside) there are great places locally to enjoy, such as the beach and The Hut restaurant at Colwell Bay, Gossips Cafe and Off the Rails cafes in Yarmouth and, The Needles. This is a great corner of the Island for a peaceful, uncomplicated family holiday. ...

Mrs Knott July 2023
St Andrew’s is in a great location for exploring the local beaches and the towns of Yarmouth and Freshwater. There is plenty of large communal space down stairs and a very well equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the views from the garden and using the hot tub and large fire pit. It was an interesting and historic place to stay. We felt the property would benefit from a BBQ, cushions for outdoor seating, repair and tuning of the piano and possibly new dining chairs....
