This was our third stay at this property. It is well located with excellent views over the Solent. The community shop is very close and is excellent. The house is well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean. Would recommend a stay here, we would certainly book again....

A very pleasing property in a great location. Beach walks are just a few minutes away. Very warm and comfortable throughout with a well equipped kitchen. The dining area was a lovely place to gather for meals. We had an excellent curry delivered from the village on our first night after a long journey. The bedrooms and beds were pristine. Large, spacious modern house with excellent equipment (including SHARP knives). Very well maintained and decorated. This is clearly a house used by the owners. Parking on drive for two cars and a very pleasant rear garden with table and chairs. The lovely upstairs balcony has the sun in the morning and the garden has the sun in the afternoon. Walk down into Seaview was shorter than we had anticipated. Excellent community shop and a small range of other shops. About ten minute drive to a huge Tesco superstore in Ryde. Highly recommend the Seaview Hotel for meals - the bar / bistro is fine and the slightly posher Aquitania equally good. In fact most of the menu items were shared so little reason to worry about booking the Aquitania. The Old Fort is equally good. We were blessed with fine weather (late September) throughout our stay. ...

Excellent location and views in a quiet location. Property clean and tidy close to facilities. This was our second stay and would do so again. Well recommended. Excellent service from the office, which is located just down the road.

Seaview is a lovely area with great views of the Solent, good places to eat quite close and within easy reach of Ryde via coastal path.
