Puckey’s forge is a superb cottage, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There is a good sense of space for a small building. There is access to a fantastic garden. Very peaceful setting. The cottage is Ideally situated for all places of interest on the Cornish coast and there is a good shopping centre within a short distance. The cottage owners, Annie and Charles are lovely and made us very welcome. A luxury welcome pack of snacks was provided and their advice about the area and how best to travel was spot on! Perfect hosts! We would definitely recommend this cottage and intend to book it again in the future....

Puckey's Forge at Ladock must rate as one of the best holiday accomodations we have hired and really felt like a home from home. The property was very spacious, furnished to an extremely high standard and fully equipped with all you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Everything was found to be spotlessly clean and tidy on arrival, with the gift of wine and other treats, a nice gesture and most gratefully received. Charles and Annie were wonderful hosts, always on hand if we needed them but not at all intrusive. Our friendly chats together made us feel very welcome and the surprise treats waiting on our return after a long day out .. quite special. The location itself is ideal for exploring all of Cornwall, being quite central and with good access to the major roads, placing both the north and south coast within easy reach. All in all, we highly recommend a vacation here and are already looking forward to our return visit in the not too distant future....

Perfection, quality, sumptuous, friendly, comfortable, clean....running out of words to praise this cottage and the owners. We've now experienced the best and no other can come close. Location great for exploring and a delight to cone back to the cottage. All furniture, fittings and equipment, first class. Several essentials supplied and luxury treats as well, all lovingly given as extras by the truly friendly hosts. No detail missed, felt so comfortable. We would not hesitate to return and would recommend to anyone. The only downside, we've been spoilt, no other cottage will be so good. Roger and Hilary ...
