The 'round room' really makes the most of the views and gives easy access to the garden.

There's even a second kitchen/ dining area on the ground floor- how handy is that!
Mowhay Barns sits in an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens.
There is a pond in the adjoining field, overlooked by the garden, which attracts all kinds of birds and wildlife (please take care of children).
The garden is heavenly and will delight both young and old alike (there is a second smaller pond in the garden, take care of children).
With such a wonderful backdrop you are sure to enjoy meals outside as often as you can.
The coastline is quite stunning.
As the tide goes out the tiny coves become a long stretch of golden sand.
The delightful twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are close by.
Mount Edgcumbe House and Park are well worth a visit.
There are some wonderful walks to discover at Mount Edgcumbe Park.

We had a really lovely stay. The kids loved the garden and the cows that are in the joining field. The house itself is stunning and we felt really at home for our stay. We would definitely look to re book.

Mowhay Barn was delightful and more than ideal for 6 people. It is very comfortable and very conducive to relaxing both inside, and outside on the patio, which overlooks lovely countryside. A house/location we would like to visit again.
