Yardley cottage is very well positioned for the sea, local shop, pub and restaurants. It is very comfortable. The stairs leading to the bedrooms on the first floor is very steep. The floor leading from the bedrooms to the toilet and bath involves stepping up and down, which can be awkward to some. This property is not suitable for the very old or if you have problems with stairs, nor for very young children for this reason...
