It was actually better than the photos. Beautiful little barn in a stunning location. Central location so could get to most attractions relatively quickly. We will definately return.

Returning here for our second visit, we we’re more than happy to be able to enjoy this secluded retreat given that COVID-19 is on the rise again. The setting is at the edge of the village, so we were able to keep ourselves out of the way of the locals, which we felt was our responsibility to do in the current state of pandemic. We ventured to the beach at Bude in the early mornings to walk the dog a couple of times, but mostly we tried to respect the fact that we had travelled into an area with a very low infection rate and keep ourselves to ourselves. The weather was extremely kind to us and we enjoyed having the doors open wide to soak up the sunshine as well as the peace and quiet most days. Millie the dog enjoyed having the field to run in and watching the many House Martins which were in abundance this year. ...
