This is Lichen, the ground floor bedroom. There is a 'zip and link' bed which can become twin beds and a further single bed; a great family room.
The separate family bathroom is light and cheery, perfect for a soak at the end of the day.

Beech cottage is a fantastic place to stay for family or friends if you want a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. The cottage is beautiful and so well equipped, the conservatory and outside decking area are wonderful for dining. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfy and the living area is big but cozy and welcoming. The cottage is set within a fantastic nature reserve and isn’t immediately near and large supermarkets, however there are several nearby smaller stores to get everything you could need. This is a comfortable, well equipped, rather than a luxurious cottage. It was very clean on arrival and the instructions are good. Having all bedrooms en suite or with a private bathroom was very good. Keeping windows and curtains closed during the day helped keep the place cool during a very hot period. The internet connection is fine which is important as there is virtually no phone signal. Hive Beach at Burton Bradstock with free parking to NT members was appreciated. Good shopping in Bridport and good meals and atmosphere at the SpyWay Inn and at the Three Horseshoes at Powerstock. the staff at the Wildlife Trust Centre could not have been more helpful. ...

Kingcombe Meadows are rare and wonderful - a tiny remnant of an ancient landscape made by man in cooperation with nature. To stay amongst it, in the comfort and seclusion of Beech Cottage, is a great privilege.
