This was our 5th holiday at Bolankan Farm - 3rd in Bolankan Barn. To be honest, I'm struggling a little with something new to say. So: The welcome - as warm as ever. The cream tea, bread and eggs - all gratefully received (and delicious). The cottage - spotless (as you'd expect). The location - still great for all parts of the county with both north and south coast less than 20 minutes away. I know, I timed it from Praa sands and Godrevy. Even the weather was mostly good. What I can say is that Nicky and Gavin read the reviews left by guests and take on board the comments. We've noticed a couple of small changes since our 1st stay to make it even more perfect. ...

Very peaceful location. Be prepared for very rural country lanes. Nearest local small shop approximately 2 miles away. Would be a property to aid 'recharging batteries'. Owners provided goodies, homemade scones, jam, cream, homemade bread and fresh flowers which was much appreciated....

Cannot rate Bolankan barn highly enough. The barn is warm and cosy with a log burner and comfy sofas on a wintery day, yet has a stunning patio view for miles overlooking the church and sheep for a sunny evening. The owners were so welcoming and gave us great tips for days out in Cornwall and nearby. It's really well equipped, clean and plenty of space. Also all windows look out over the hills- great for a quiet getaway! Will definitely recommend to family and friends and would love to go again!...
