We've had another lovely, relaxing stay at Bolankan farm. The cottage is clean and comfortable and being from the midlands, we love the peace and quiet that surrounds it. The bread and cream tea on our arrival were most welcome! We got to all the places we wanted to visit with ease and were treated to some spectacular sunsets over St Ives! We are repeat visitors to Bolankan Barn. It is a lovely property in a very peaceful location, and very private. The Barn enjoys a west facing view which makes the most of the sunsets. Off the main tourist trail yet very well located to explore West Cornwall. Gavin and Nicky are great hosts and always provide fresh flowers and a welcome pack. We love it. ...

The location was perfect in between both coasts and easily accessible. Most importantly it was very peaceful. The owners were available but not intrusive. Lovely homemade goodies were provided and it was well equipped. They even offered us some home grown potatoes. We would love to go there again. They are so lucky to live there :-)...

Absolutely gorgeous property, comfy and beautifully and stylishly decorated. Pretty location with fabulous views and sheep that come right up to the property. Warm welcome from the owner Gavin. Lovely to arrive to freshly homemade scones, clotted cream and jam plus home baked bread - a real treat. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need, kitchen well-equipped.
