Great base for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of space & well equipped. Lovely village, stunning setting, friendly locals & the pub “Fisherman’s Arms” is a must for anyone staying there. We’ll definitely be returning to Golant.

This property is in a peaceful and picturesque location although the single track road to it can be difficult at times especially as there was some construction going on in the village and lorries caused some difficulties. The property itself is quirky, which would be fine if it didn’t feel so tired and grubby. It was like stepping back in time as the property still retained its original 1960’s feel. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean, but the floors could have done with a wash, the armchairs were extremely saggy and there were stains on the seats. The photos of the property did not reflect the actual atmosphere of the house....

Wonderful cottage and perfect base for a holiday in Cornwall. Cottage had everything you could need with plenty of living space and car parking which is always a bonus. Lovely walks to be found around the village and the food at the Fisherman’s Arms is definitely recommended. We had a perfect holiday in a comfortable and cosy cottage in a tranquil setting....

Fantastic little cottage in a great location, very quaint with great character, having a washing machine and dryer was an added bonus. Local pub which serves great food less than 2 minutes walk. Once you are out on the main roads getting anywhere within Cornwall is easy. Would definitely recommend and would return if visiting Cornwall again...
