The Surf Beach Bar, Sennen

Sennen, one of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall. Imagine sitting watching the world go by from a balcony overlooking the beach. Sound inviting? For a welcoming drink, breakfast, lunch or dinner the Surf Beach Bar is the place to be. It’s perfectly placed for a day on the beach,  ideal if you are walking the coastal path (and you can bring your dog too) and conveniently placed if you arrive by car as the main car park is next door.

Fact, all holidays should include a visit to Sennen. The ever-changing seasons bring a kaleidoscope of memories you’ll never forget, be it dogs enjoying the first warm days of spring, sandcastle construction in summer, surfers battling autumnal waves or storm watching in winter.

Here you'll discover a quintessential seaside village with a sprinkling of seafront shops and one of the most stunning beaches in Cornwall. Spend an hour or a day, however long you plan to stay, enjoy the stunning view of the bay from the Surf Beach Bar. The rustic interior welcomes you inside with a log burner to warm you up in winter. Outside the decked terrace offers outstanding views (dogs are welcome both inside and out). All food is cooked to order and the menu offers up breakfast baps of bacon, sausage and egg (perfect with a coffee on the terrace), alongside sourdough stone baked pizza, burgers from the grill and a variety of substantial mains, all topped off with a great variety of drinks from the bar. Of course, if you prefer there are hot drinks and cakes, perfect for an afternoon in the sun.

Wish you were here? Make sure it’s on your list of places to visit next time you are in Cornwall, whatever time of year.

If you’re planning a holiday in the far South West we have some lovely self-catering cottages so take a look at our portfolio here and start planning your next adventure.
