We are thrilled to announce that Classic Cottages have earned a Gold award from our Annual Quality in Tourism Accreditation. After spending some time watching how we operate, the Quality in Tourism team were wowed by our passionate approach to customer service as well as the brilliantly maintained relationships with our owners.
Our auditor, Sarah, stated in her report that “Classic Cottages are an exemplar of Service Excellence internally and externally” and that “The company is on a continual growth trajectory which, during this tough economic environment, should be celebrated”.
Specifically, the Quality in Tourism team were impressed with our brilliant owner support team’s work in effectively solving property issues, providing reassuring and timely updates to owners of any developments and progress. Our guest feedback system was also praised, with our auditor finding that “Guest complaints are always dealt with efficiently and professionally” while they were also impressed with our rigorous attitude towards property standards which “enforces the commitment that Classic have to both their guests and customers”.
We are delighted that all of the hard work done by our fantastic team has been recognised by the QAC and we look forward to maintaining these excellent standards to ensure that Classic Cottages is an efficient, honest and friendly company far into the future.
