Redruth Cottages

Redruth's inland location makes it easy to get to and a good base for exploring all of Cornwall, and is an excellent base for a self catering holiday. Between 1820 and 1840, Redruth was "the richest square mile in the world” when sales of tin and copper were at their peak. Evidence of the wealth can still be seen in some of the remaining houses and cottages.
