we had lunch there it was very friendly and the food was excellent and the small shop had the most delicious, would highly recommend a visit to both scotch eggs.

With extensive parklands, adventure activities and a sandy beach, this is a great place for a day out with all the family. Ticket entry includes parking, access to the beach, kids play area and the parkland. See their website for other activities and to book tickets.

Jointly managed by the National trust and Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, Crickley Hill is a spur of the Cotswold escarpment, with fabulous views towards the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains. Boasting a large variety of wildlife and insects, this is a great place to spend time emmersed in nature. You'll find a cafe and dogs are welcome but must be on leads at certain times of year.

Cockelford is a pretty village just five miles south of Cheltenham. Walkers will enjoy miles of pictureque counryside surrounding the village and The Green Dragon Inn provides refreshments.
