This fabulous contemporary house, complete with hot tub, is the perfect getaway for larger groups. It is situated in an exclusive area of Meads in Eastbourne, at the foot of the South Downs National Park, within walking distance to the beach and town centre.

Secure double gates open onto a private drive where there is parking for several cars and a garage with an electric car charging point.

As you step inside the large hallway, you will be immediately drawn to the huge open plan living area with a state-of-the-art kitchen, dining-area and living space. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'll need to rustle up holiday feasts, including a Sage Nespresso machine for those leisurely morning coffees. A wonderful sociable area, there are sliding doors that open out onto a large suntrap patio and steps lead down to the garden and hot tub.

There is a further sitting-room, a relaxing place perfect for some quiet time, perhaps reading a book or watching a film on the Smart TV.

As you take the stairs, you will find five beautiful bedrooms to choose from, all slightly different in design and all having Smart TVs. On the first floor there are three bedrooms; bedroom one is remarkably stylish with a super-king double bed, sofa, a large dressing-room, en suite bathroom and garden views. Across the landing is bedroom two, with a super-king double bed, dressed in crisp white linens, pink throws and cushions and en suite shower-room. Bedroom three is just as charming with a king-size double bed and en suite shower-room.

On the second floor you will find a bathroom with bath and separate shower and bedroom four, which has a super-king size bed and an additional seating-area with delightful views to the front of the house. Bedroom five has a double bed and Juliet balcony. Lay in bed whilst you catch the morning sun and enjoy a terrific view over the rear garden and beyond (please supervise children around the Juliet balcony).

The garden won't disappoint, it's secure, so perfect for those bringing a four-legged friend. Sunbathe on the patio before climbing into the bubbling hot tub or fire up the barbecue ready for some al fresco dining.
