Charming and welcoming, this exquisite little Grade II Listed cottage for four promises a wonderful coastal escape in the idyllic village of Boscastle. Nestled along a quiet cobbled street in the heart of the village, from this superb location you are only moments from the picturesque harbour and all the delights the village has to offer. It's a great base for a holiday. You'll spend your days wandering amongst the rows of traditional fisherman's cottages browsing the little shops and galleries and stopping off for some tasty treats at one of the many pubs and cafes; heading off for stunning coastal walks or countryside rambles along river valleys and ancient woodland or having some fun at the seaside, either swimming, surfing or rock pooling at one of the many beautiful beaches peppered along this stretch of coastline.

Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this terraced cottage has been flawlessly renovated to bring together the charm and character of a traditional cottage with stylish and luxurious interiors. The beautiful sitting-room has oodles of space with the deep comfortable sofa inviting you to snuggle up in front of the cosy flickering wood-burner, making 5 Valency Row as appealing for winter escapes as summertime stays.

The cottage stairs lead up to the loveliest kitchen/dining-room, the gentle hues of the Shaker-style cabinets perfectly complementing the exposed stonework, making it a real delight to conjure up your culinary masterpieces and falling asleep will be a dream in the two bedrooms with beds adorned with lovely linens, plump cushions, gorgeous throws and super comfy mattresses.

Not uncommon for traditional cottages, the bathroom is on the ground floor, complete with bath and overhead shower - perfect for long leisurely soaks or quick wake-me-up showers, but for your convenience, there's a toilet on the first floor as well.

At the back of the cottage, slate steps lead up to the pretty terraced garden to give you a bird's eye view over the rooftops of the cottages below. A wonderfully sunny spot for elevenses, sundowners and everything in between.

The village has a wonderful community spirit and you can live like a local during your time at 5 Valency Row but if you fancy exploring beyond there's so much on the offer.

The nearby village of Tintagel is steeped in history with the legendary castle of King Arthur and The Old Post Office (National Trust) and the charming village of Port Isaac, home to The Fisherman's Friends and TV's Doc Martin, is well worth a visit. There are fantastic beaches along this stretch of coastline, Polzeath being the surfer's favourite and for some fun on two wheels cycle along the Camel Trail as it winds its way from Bodmin Moor, through the bustling town of Wadebridge and along the Camel Estuary out to Padstow on the coast.

For more local produce try the ales at Tintagel Brewery or a little more local the village farm shop and cafe are a must - wonderful food and wonderful views to match.
