Stags Barn is a unique and extravagant, state of the art, eco-friendly barn situated on Frasers Estate with views out towards the Ashford Valley and the Weald of Kent.

Its space and facilities make it the perfect holiday home for friends and families who wish to stay in utter luxury in a rural setting. It is also only a 20 minute drive from the M20 motorway and 15 minutes from Ashford International Station which offers a direct highspeed link to and from central London in just 35 minutes.
The barn is all on one level and has a feeling of space with its large open plan living and dining-areas including a super comfy sofa and large Smart TV. The kitchen is a chef's dream and has everything you need to cook up your favourite holiday meals. Or if you don't fancy cooking, you can always take a stroll across to Frasers award-winning restaurant where they serve brunches, lunches, afternoon teas and evening meals.
The four bedrooms known as Teal, Pheasant, Partridge, and Mallard, each have sumptuous super-king sized beds and luxury en suites all boasting double wash-basins, luxury toiletries, bathrobes and walk-in wet-room showers. There are also two cloakrooms, one of them with accessible facilities. Two of the bedrooms (Partridge and Mallard) also have free-standing Victorian style baths. Doors from the bedrooms lead onto the terrace and enclosed garden where there are several tables and chairs. There is also a hot tub, the perfect place to unwind any time of year after a busy day exploring the delights that Kent and the south coast has to offer.
If you are looking for additional accommodation there is Pond Cottage (5272) an utterly charming, converted former stable block that can sleep up to four guests. Both Pond Cottage and Stags Barn can be booked together to accommodate parties up to twelve guests.
