Welcome to Lower Manor Farm, set within the pretty village of Ringmore and with the picturesque National Trust footpath right on your doorstep (literally), the stunning Ayrmer Cove is just a stroll away. You will find this beautiful house nestled in a wooded valley, offering the most magnificent views and surrounded by numerous sandy beaches. Lower Manor Farm is a gorgeous retreat, ideal for families or a group of friends looking for a Devonshire getaway.

From the moment you arrive you will be captivated by your delightful surroundings. The sitting-room is elegantly furnished with comfy sofas and a fabulous traditional open fire, ideal for cosying up in winter months in front of the Smart TV and Sky. A step takes you into the welcoming snug, which also has a Smart TV, so no squabbling over movie choices here! A separate dining-room leads off the snug where you can gather everyone around the farmhouse table to chat about the adventures of the day, or perhaps play a board game or two! The galley style kitchen has all you need to cook a holiday meal and a cute bistro table and chairs are the perfect spot to sit and chat with the chef. A separate utility-room is home to the tumble-drier, a second fridge and a WC.

Climb the spiral staircase (please take care here) to the first floor and you will find three beautifully furnished bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king-size bed for a restful sleep and lovely characterful furniture including a gorgeous window seat, perfect for a quiet read. The en suite to bedroom one has a bath and rainfall shower so you can choose to enjoy a long soak after a busy day or a refreshing shower. Inviting bedroom two has a king-size bed and is beautifully decorated in neutral pastel shades whilst bedroom three has characterful exposed beams and twin beds, ideal for either children or adults. There's also a family shower-room on the first floor.

Up a further set of spiral stairs you will find the second floor where there are two more bedrooms. Bedroom four is a lovely double-bedded room with exposed beams. Bedroom five is a twin-bedded room and can also be accessed via a separate staircase from the first floor, an ideal set up for multi-generational families. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom on the second floor, with a bath, shower attachment and WC.

Outside, Lower Manor Farm really comes into its own, with gorgeous gardens and a lawn where the children and family dogs can let off steam. Sit on the patio and enjoy al fresco dining whilst relaxing in your peaceful surroundings, sounds like the perfect holiday pastime to us!

However you plan to spend your holiday time, whether exploring the delights of the south Devon coast or in the blissful garden, Lower Manor Farm has all the ingredients for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday.

Ayrmer Cove is one of the hidden beauty spots in this area. For those seeking rock pooling at low tide the blennies, starfish and small crabs can be found in abundance, perfect for the children to explore under your watchful eye. For walkers, the scenery is magnificent, and the stunning coastal path will take you in the direction of the beautiful Challaborough Beach, Bigbury-on-Sea and Burgh Island - please don't forget your camara, as the views will be second-to-none. The beaches of Bigbury and Batham are both incredibly stunning sandy beaches with rolling waves, perfect for that sunny beach day.

Bigbury-on-Sea is itself one of the jewels in the South Hams' crown. Taking a trip over to Burgh Island is a must, especially if you leave it until the tide is in, as the sea-tractor ferry service is a fabulous adventure. So, whether you choose to while away the day on the golden sandy beach or try your hand at something more adventurous on the water, such as windsurfing or canoeing, Bigbury's beautiful beach is perfect for both.

Dining out is also a pleasure, you have the local Journey's End Inn within walking distance, or a couple of miles away, you are treated to an excellent seafood restaurant, The Oyster Shack, perfect for any special occasion.

Should you be able to tear yourself away from this spectacular setting and the hotspots and attractions on your doorstep, the neighbouring towns of Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth and are certainly worth experiencing. Within a short car journey, you can be at any one of these beautiful places in no time, all offering something very special.

Lower Manor Farm is a wonderful house, perfect for that special occasion or multi-generational treat. Nestled in a stunning location and surrounded by some of the most sought-after south Devon attractions and hotspots, with superb paths and coastal walks radiating from the grounds of Lower Manor Farm, each day will bring action and adventure for all the family, a week will simply not be long enough!
