Number 4 Coastguard Cottages is a dreamy holiday abode with breathtaking sea views overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean and perfectly positioned to take in the panorama both from the gorgeous garden and the house.

Situated just outside the vibrant seaside town of Ilfracombe and with the pretty village of Combe Martin a short distance away, Number 4 Coastguard Cottages is a magical place for a holiday and with direct access to the South West Coast Path the whole family will relax and recharge in blissful surroundings.

Coastguard cottages were historically positioned for the views of the ocean and Number 4 sits in a row of immaculate cottages, beautifully kept and lovingly looked after. Head down a short flight of steps through beautifully tended gardens to the front door and enter the gorgeous living space.

The sitting-room has super comfy sofas and a Smart TV as well as high speed Starlink Internet (> 200 mbs), the perfect place to either gaze out of the windows as the sun sets in the evening or to watch a movie after a busy beach day. The dining-room sits off the kitchen and has a view east over an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that fades into the sea. This is where guests can sit and chat about the day ahead or the one that has gone before.

At the rear of the house the kitchen has all the equipment you will need to cook a holiday feast, that is of course if you can tear yourself away from the stunning sea view from the kitchen window! A separate utility-room, accessed via the back door and down the steps outside, is home to an additional fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble-drier.

Climb the stairs to the first floor and three bedrooms await, all dressed with luxury linens and beautifully furnished.

Bedroom one has either a super-king size bed or twins depending on your requirements and a quirky feature headboard with bespoke lighting that is a real talking point as the sun sets. Bedroom two has a gorgeous king-size bed and another feature headboard makes a real statement. The third bedroom has sea views and unique twin beds, ideal for the children in the party or a small teen or adult (connected at a right angle, three-foot wide and five-foot eleven-inches long). A sleek shower-room with The Natural Spa Factory products completes the first floor, ideal for rinsing salty toes after a Woolacombe beach day!

Outside, the rear garden at Number 4 is something to behold! The expansive terraced garden has several levels, all designed to make the most of the staggeringly beautiful views. From dawn until dusk catch up on some holiday reading, dine al fresco around the fire-pit or simply sit and breathe in the panoramic views in the comfy bespoke seating area. A quaint outside cooking shelter houses a barbecue with a pizza oven next to a granite table for preparing margherita pizzas, margarita cocktails or both! If you want to head out on your e-bike then this property also has lockable storage and a weatherproof charging facility for e-bikes, the facilities are simply endless and we shouldn't forget the hose for those mucky wheels!
