Surrounded by the stunning countryside and the joys of rural life a short drive from Cornwall's north coast, Treburtle Cottage's remote location makes it an absolute dream. This spacious-feeling, homely retreat is the perfect place to escape to as you explore everything that this gorgeous part of Cornwall has to offer, with its comfortable interior, spacious garden, and plenty of charm.

An extended porch area greets you as you arrive at the cottage, providing a great place to store your muddy boots after a long walk along with your trusted four-legged friend. Enter through the front door and you will be greeted by a delightful entrance hall. Terracotta-style tiling covers the ground floor and gives the cottage a welcoming sense of home. A light and spacious open plan living space offers a great place to relax after a busy day. Snuggle up around the splendid wood-burning stove and enjoy everything that the Smart TV has to offer or just kick back and relax into your holiday. Gaze out at the views across the surrounding countryside from an armchair or, if you're hungry, gather around the beautifully crafted dining-table and enjoy delicious meals prepared from the compact, homely kitchen. A shower-room can also be found on the ground floor.

Upstairs the wonderful sense of home continues with three lovely bedrooms offering brilliantly cosy places to spend the night. Retreat to bedroom one and stretch out on its comfortable king-size bed. Wake to the gentle birdsong echoing across the surrounding countryside. Wander into the bathroom where you can run yourself a bath and enjoy fantastic views of the peaceful countryside from the well-placed window above the bath. Further down the landing you will find two twin rooms, both of which also have delightful views over the countryside into the distance. This lovely home really has a distinct charm that will be enjoyed by one and all.

Once you've settled into the cottage, venture outside and make the most of Treburtle Cottage's simple but spacious garden. From here you can enjoy spectacular views from the sheep farm across the surrounding fields with livestock and woodland, and on a clear day, you can even see all the way to Dartmoor. There is plenty of space for young ones to run around on the extensive lawn and the garden also comes with a great outdoor seating area, which is perfect for enjoying a spot of al fresco dining in the Cornish sunshine. At the rear of the garden there is also ample parking for up to four cars with a gate on to the road

Treburtle Cottage is located in a beautiful part of Cornwall, with much to see and do in the area. You don't even have to get in the car to enjoy the surrounding countryside, with walks along charming country lanes right on your doorstep. The historic village of Boscastle is only 12 miles away and home to a stunning naturally sheltered harbour. Further afield are Polzeath, renowned for its surfing beach, to the west and to the north the traditional seaside town of Bude is the place to indulge in scrummy Cornish fudge, wickedly tasty ice cream and the very best of Cornish cream teas. If you're looking for a day out on the beach, venture out to Crackington Haven, Widemouth Bay or Trebarwith Sands and find the strangely named "Strangles" or spend a worthwhile day visiting some of Devon or Cornwall's fascinating historic houses and amazing gardens (especially in spring) including the famous Eden Project. From here you can also access the tremendous North Cornwall Coast Path which runs along the north coast and provides stunning view after stunning view.
