As soon as you step over the threshold and into the grand hallway you will be wowed by the beautiful artwork adorning the walls. This spacious home is made for relaxing, with easy access into the fabulous gardens and outdoor seating areas. The main sitting-room is magnificent with a wood-burner, relaxing sofas, 49" Smart TV and endless packages including BT Sport and the Disney Channel. There's a convenient patio door so you can take your morning coffee and access the outdoor space.
If you are keen to keep up with your fitness goals, Treveryan House has a fully equipped studio gym with padded floor, mirrored walls, a selection of free-standing weights, exercise bike, balance ball and much more. Perhaps you prefer to exercise outside? No problem, just open the patio doors and breathe in the fresh air from the terrace. There's even a basketball net for a spot of family-friendly competition.
The spacious, well-equipped kitchen/diner is perfect for social dining and a great place to gather the family together to plan the day ahead. The dual-aspect windows flood the room with natural light and there's a comfy sofa where you can snuggle up with a morning tea before the family awake.
Outside, the large garden is a glorious extension of the house with far-reaching countryside views and panoramic skies across to Dartmoor National Park. A unique feature of the house is the covered kitchen area, great for cooking up a feast on the Cosmos charcoal drum barbecue. Spend the day enjoying the 14ft hydro-train hot tub (training pool), meet up for al fresco lunch and then burn off the calories with a round of table-tennis, or simply listen to the laughter of the children on the trampoline. Tucked away at the bottom of the garden you will find the chicken coop and vegetable patch, you are welcome to help yourself to some vegetables for dinner.
Back inside the house and the delights continue. Climb the fabulous open-tread oak staircase to the first floor and marvel at the unique local artistry on display. There are five bedrooms to choose from, four of which offer lovely rural views, and all have sumptuous bed linens and super-comfy beds. The main super-king bedroom has a picture window where you can gaze out over the countryside and a dressing area. The en suite bathroom has the luxury of a walk-in shower and super roll-top bath, perfect for a long soak after a fun-filled day. There are two further double bedrooms, a 'zip and link' room that can be made up as a twin or double to suit your requirements and a bunk room which will delight the children. The handy family shower-room is located on this floor.

The changeover day for Treveryan House will be Thursday in the summer months, however Easter breaks will be available with a Friday changeover.
