Zip and linkTalk about a room with a view! Sea renity is a charming home-from-home, which is perfectly situated a short distance away from beautiful Brixham harbourside, offering tremendous views out to sea from both the garden and the house.
Close to many of the Brixham hot spots, Sea renity's location offers both young and old a fabulous seaside holiday. Not only do you have the glorious Blue Flag Breakwater beach within a short walk, but you are also super close to Berry Head National Nature Reserve and the breath-taking coastal path which meanders round this beautiful coastal town. Lazy days on the beach or days strolling and exploring this beautiful south Devon hot spot are endless, and right on your doorstep.
Sea renity is a welcoming bungalow with fabulous sea views across Torbay. The majority of the rooms in the house enjoy stunning sea views, with a super-comfy conservatory; such a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the views in, especially with a good book or a glass of something tasty to hand.
Ideally located, Sea renity offers you a great outside space, sea views and numerous Brixham hotspots within walking distance. A great all year round destination for young and old alike.
Brixham has so much to offer to all generations, all year round. From numerous top-class restaurants to charming and quirky coffee shops, along with the traditional fishermen's watering holes.
Take a meander around the stunning harbour and head to the superb Blue Flag Breakwater beach. This is a fantastic spot for a picnic, followed by a spot of rock pooling along with a healthy helping of ice cream from the beach cafe/kiosk or take a dip in the Shoalstone lido. Walk or drive to Berry Head to get a sight of dolphins and porpoises from the cliffs in the North Fort.
Slightly further afield you have the very popular towns and villages of Torquay, Paignton, Cockington, Totnes, Dartmouth and Salcombe - all of which have something very special to offer. It would be a shame not to visit these beautiful places, so why not venture over to Torquay on the Western Lady ferry or take the 'Round Robin' trip (seasonal) of the bay. Both are fabulous family days out and a great way to explore this part of the world. Starting in Paignton, visiting Dartmouth and Totnes via steam train, river boat and bus is a great way to enjoy these special places without having to worry about traffic, parking or anything bar relaxing and enjoying yourself.
However, if a day building sandcastles sounds more appealing, the extremely popular sandy beach of Broadsands is a short car journey away.
For the little ones you have Paignton Zoo, River Dart Country Park, Pennywell Farm and Woodlands Family Theme Park within easy reach, all guaranteed to provide that fun-packed family day out.
All in all, this lovely property and fabulous location will leave you wanting to return time after time.
