Higher Rosevine Farm is an attractive collection of luxury barns that are situated around a central courtyard planted with olive trees and large Mediterranean pots giving a relaxed and comfortable summer vibe.

The three traditional stone barns have been sympathetically remodelled and upgraded to a high standard. Samphire (4487), Sea Thrift (4485) and Mimosa (4486) are surrounded by beautiful countryside on the unspoilt Roseland peninsula with its fantastic uncrowded beaches and amazing coastal walks, along with safe waters for paddle boarding, canoeing and sailing.

Each barn has been thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail to create a refined holiday experience for individuals, couples and families. The barns can be rented individually or collectively for larger family or friend groups.

Sea Thrift is a detached, two bedroom barn that faces into the central courtyard with country views and a glimpse of the sea from one of the upstairs bedrooms. The cosy living space is open plan with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine which is the perfect addition for making your morning cup of coffee! Designed for four but equally perfect as a retreat for two, the barn also welcomes a dog. There is a courtyard patio in front of the barn with privacy trellis and four adirondack chairs (two with leg rests for relaxing).

Higher Rosevine Farm is situated in the exclusive hamlet of Rosevine on a country lane leading to Porthcurnick beach home of the iconic 'Hidden Hut' beach cafe which is a seven minute walk away. The Driftwood with its renowned restaurant is a short stroll away across the lane with Curgurrell Farm shop within easy walking distance for wonderful seafood (lobsters and crab) and fresh fish caught by their own fishing boat in Gerrans Bay, alongside a plentiful supply of local vegetables, fruit, meat and home baked goodies.

Portscatho village is twenty minutes' walk away along the coastal path and is home to a general store, two galleries, the Plume of Feathers pub, the Boathouse restaurant/cafe, Tatams beach side cafe, the Tavola wood-fired pizza restaurant/takeaway owned by Simon Stallard the well-known chef who established his credentials at his Hidden Hut on Porthcurnick Beach, so you will not be short of different places to eat out.

St Mawes is a picturesque village a short drive away with a selection of fine hotels and restaurants (The Tresanton and Idle Rocks), pubs and informal dining at the Watch House and St Mawes Hotel. The St Mawes Ferry provides a regular ferry service to Falmouth with its Maritime Museum, port, shops and galleries which makes for a great day out. St Mawes can be accessed via the coastal path using the small Place Ferry from Place Manor to cross the attractive harbour or by car which takes 10 minutes.
