This gorgeous two bedroom terraced cottage is a few minutes from the beach, right in the heart of Seaview village, offering an ideal holiday bolthole on the picturesque Isle of Wight and located in Sandpipers, a small development of eight houses, with an entrance off the main road into Seaview.

There is private parking for one small car directly in front of Spindrift.

Spindrift is within minutes of all the local amenities including the community-run general store, several cafes, the Seaview Hotel and The Old Fort restaurant.

Seaview is an idyllic Edwardian resort located on the north-eastern corner of the Island with the most wonderful beaches within walking distance. Both Priory Bay and Seagrove Bay have white sands and shallow waters, ideal for swimming and beach barbecues on the long summer evenings. Well known for its sailing fraternity, Seaview Yacht Club is in prime position on the seafront overlooking the Solent. The Old Fort pub has seating right on the seafront, a wonderful place to sip a glass of wine while watching the boats bobbing around.

The ground floor of Spindrift has an open plan layout with living, kitchen and dining areas, and a door leading from the kitchen to the rear patio. This charming sun-trap with outdoor seating for four is perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea after your day at the beach. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, a super-king size 'zip and link' bed and a twin bedroom. The family bathroom is also on the first floor with a bath and fitted shower.

From Seaview village it's a level walk along the promenade into the larger town of Ryde, where you will find a wider selection of restaurants and shops to sample. The Island has lots to offer all year around, and nothing is too far away. The west coast of the Island has some breathtaking coastline, ideal walking territory following along the coastal paths; why not take a picnic and explore for the day and soak up the fresh air. The Isle of Wight enjoys the most hours of sunshine in the whole of the UK, even more reason to holiday here!
