Situated perfectly in the heart of the pretty town of Fishguard, this charming terraced townhouse stands in an elevated position with glorious views over the harbour. This stunning property has been beautifully refurbished throughout and is within easy walking distance to all this seaside town has to offer including independent coffee shops and cafes galore, art galleries and pubs, and not too far away you will find Newport with an array of eateries to satisfy all tastes.

For those who enjoy walking, the property is just two minutes from the iconic Pembrokeshire Coast Path and only five minutes' walk to the nearest shingle and sand beach (Goodwick). Just a short drive away you can explore Abermawr and Aberfach and all that this rugged coastline has to offer at Strumble and Dinas Head. The spectacular beaches of the St David's peninsula are also on your doorstep, for surfers it's a must to ride the waves at White Sands and Newgale or you may like to try coasteering at Abereiddy (The Blue Lagoon), then onto the Sloop at Porthgain for a well earned lunch. All in all, Sea View is the ideal base for a great holiday in Pembrokeshire.

Owned and converted by a well-regarded crime fiction writer the tone is set upon entering the property which features a hallway laid with polished porcelain. There has been no expense spared when creating this delightful holiday home consisting of five bedrooms (three of which are en suite and there is also a family bathroom) and therefore brilliant for larger families or friends wishing to holiday together. A sleek contemporary kitchen leads into a chic dining-room with a feature fireplace and driftwood-style dining-table. From the kitchen is a cosy snug with custom-made sofa and TV conveniently placed for children to relax.

The gorgeous accommodation is spread over three floors and accessed via a grand turning staircase. There is a sitting-room on the first floor with oak floors, feature fireplace and wood-burner. A colossal, bespoke L-shaped sofa is perfectly positioned for relaxing with a book or just watching the world go by (guests receive a free autographed copy of the owner's latest novel). French doors open onto a sheltered balcony with splendid uninterrupted views over Fishguard Harbour. The sumptuous bedrooms are furnished with Laura Ashley beds and three have sea views.

Children will fall in love with the Toblerone-shaped den hidden behind cupboard doors and accessed via its own little ladder. The hideaway is strewn with bean bags and equipped with a TV.

Outside a large decked terrace gives way to a small sloping lawn, a lovely space for al fresco dining on warm evenings and fully equipped with a dining-table and gas barbecue. Extra outdoor storage is provided for surfboards, bicycles and kayaks. Two sit-on-top kayaks are provided for guests’ use, with paddles and flotation aids provided.
