Kynance Cove is the wonderful outlook for your Cornish holiday, no matter what time of year. The dramatic coastline of The Lizard is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and includes The Lizard National Nature Reserve. Enjoy looking over the striking landscape down to the sea or walk along to the coast path and explore the hidden coves.

The open plan living space opens to a fabulous decking where you can enjoy a drink in the sunshine watching the ever-changing countryside. The comfortable and spacious sitting-room has a cosy wood-burner for chillier days. In the warmer months enjoy opening the patio doors and feel the fresh sea breeze. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area opens out through French windows to the garden and is the perfect place to catch up over a delicious meal with fabulous views and sunsets over Mount's Bay all the way to Land's End.

Follow the spiral staircase up to the private main bedroom on the first floor where you have dual-aspect views over The Lizard peninsula. If you need a bit of peace and quiet, you can tuck yourself away in the 'Lookout' with a cup of coffee and a good book and look at the views over Kynance Bay and beyond. The sloped ceiling gives a real feel of cosiness in this spacious bedroom.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with views (over a single track, quiet road) across to Lloyd's Signal Station at Lizard Point.

Lizard Village is a wonderful location for a holiday with many coast paths and dog-friendly beaches within walking distance. The village has all you need including two pubs, an excellent butcher, restaurant and cafe, ice cream and gift shops. Ann's Pasties serves delicious hot pasties and there is a great park which is perfect for a game of football or rounders.

The landscape varies hugely with dramatic cliffs and sandy beaches, hidden creeks along the Helford River and the unusual stones at Poltesco. Further afield you can explore the art galleries of St Ives, the tin mining heritage of Redruth and the rugged beauty of west Cornwall.
