KingNestled in the beautiful countryside of south Devon is this beautiful renovated 18th Century barn within Dartmoor National Park. This luxury cottage for two is the perfect choice for those who seek relaxation, peace and a touch of something special.
The renovation of this lovely old building has been done with thought and care, having beautiful decor and fabulous features throughout. A large kitchen/diner leads to a cosy sitting-room. The bedroom, with vaulted ceilings and exposed trusses, is an amazing space with a luxury en suite bathroom.
Imagine opening your front door and enjoying your breakfast to the sound of nothing but the local farm animals and enjoying the most beautiful countryside setting and views.
For those who love to walk and explore, this is just the spot for you, with numerous walks and cycle paths running past your door. There is a lockable storage barn for bicycles and other such equipment, and larger items such as boats and trailers can be stored in the farmyard opposite the cottage.
The owners live in Bullhornstone Farmhouse and are on hand should you need them. There is an information pack to give you inspiration on where to go and what to see.
Holidaying in this super cottage will be such a treat, however to holiday with friends could make it even more special and with the equally stunning Dairy Cottage (4387) next door, why not invite them along.
As if you weren't spoilt enough with such a splendid location, exploring the local towns and cities is exceptionally easy as you are only a short drive away from the A38 which connects the majority of attractions and must see landmarks. A day out at the beach is also a great option, after driving through beautiful countryside you have a fantastic selection of south Devon's sandy beaches at your disposal.
The cities of Exeter and Plymouth have an array of attractions and entertainment on offer, and the towns of Salcombe, Kingsbridge, Totnes and Dartmouth are also only a short car drive away.
However, it would be such a shame not to spend time exploring and enjoying the glorious open moorland and all its breathtaking features. From wandering ponies, sheep and cows to beautiful streams and rivers, Dartmoor is a great day out and the perfect way to soak up the true charm of this beautiful area.
This magnificent cottage offers luxury, style and space, complemented by beautiful rolling countryside views as far as the eye can see. Holidaying in this spectacular spot will leave you relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to tackle the world once again.
