A simply gorgeous three bedroom property just off St Helens' green on the eastern side of the Isle of Wight, The Haven is a short walk from the coast and a ten minute stroll takes you to St Helens Duver, a picturesque beach protected by the National Trust. The ground floor has a stunning open plan kitchen/dining-room, a wonderfully light and spacious room to enjoy mealtimes all together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need with a large dining-table comfortably seating eight; there is also an adjoining utility-room.
Step out from the dining-area onto the patio and into the secluded garden, with outdoor shower and where you can enjoy a quiet cup of morning coffee or a barbecue on a summer's evening. There are two sitting-rooms to choose from, one of which is dog-friendly and the second with a comfy L-shaped sofa. The house has been beautifully decorated throughout with great attention to detail making The Haven a holiday home with exceptional comfort. All three generously sized bedrooms are on the first floor, the twin room with an en suite shower-room and there is a separate sumptuous family bathroom with a roll-top bath. Top up the bubbles and sneak away for a long soak with a good book. There are wonderful views from the first floor over Brading Marshes and the valley of the lower river Yar. There is off-street parking to the front of the house for two vehicles, plus access to the garage on request for bike storage only.
