A beautiful Edwardian house, brimming with charm and original features, with magnificent sea views from almost every room, the terrace and garden. The open plan kitchen/dining-room is very spacious with a lovely large dining-table for all the family to gather and enjoy mealtimes together. There is a good sized utility-room off the kitchen with all the washing facilities you could need and a great place to dry your swimsuits.

There is a separate sitting-room on the ground floor with large comfortable sofas to sink into at the end of the day and watch a good film. All of the five bedrooms are on the first floor, two of the doubles have sea-facing balconies, a real treat to wake up to this wonderful view. You can even enjoy a bath in the en suite to one of the double bedrooms, lie back in the bubbles and look out to sea! West Ingle is a traditional family house that has been well cared for, it makes an idyllic holiday home you will want to come back to.

Located on a private unmade road in secluded Seagrove Bay, West Ingle is perfectly placed to enjoy peace and quiet yet within easy reach of the beach and Seaview village. There is a large gated driveway for up to three cars. West Ingle is close to the safe and sandy beaches of Seagrove Bay and Priory Bay, both favourites for swimming as the shallow waters make it ideal for younger children. Beach barbecues are often enjoyed in Priory Bay, where long summer days stretch into balmy evenings and you can enjoy one another's company while the sun sets in the background.

The village of Seaview is approximately 20 minutes' walk away, along the water’s edge if the tide permits or there is an alternative inland route. Here you will find several cafes, The Old Fort pub and The Seaview Hotel plus a well stocked community store. Ryde is the nearest large town, about a 15 minute drive from West Ingle, with a wider choice of places to eat and independent shops. The Island has so much to offer and nothing is too far away, have a wonderful week exploring if you can get the kids away from the beach.
