Zip and linkCuilan is situated overlooking the Percuil River in what can only be described as one of the most idyllic spots on the Roseland. A large house built to a very high specification, offering an excellent standard of accommodation and plenty of space for all the family to meet up. The large gardens have private steps down to the shale beach below making it the perfect setting for boating enthusiasts or for those seeking peace and tranquility in beautiful surroundings.
The sitting-room has superb river views and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a wonderful feast.
For those with a competitive edge, you have your own games-room with table-football and table-tennis.
The garden has a brick-built barbecue to catch the evening sun and a large climbing frame with slide and swing; please supervise children at all times. There is also a terrace with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a fire-pit.
This is a fabulous area with so much to explore. Portscatho has an excellent village shop with cash machine, a butcher, pub and The Harbour Club which is open to visitors.
