Drive down narrow south Devon tree-lined lanes, cross a small stone bridge (the eponymous Gara Bridge) and then suddenly you are there. Steps lead up to Moon River; a light, sunny, two bedroom, reversed level house surrounded by woods and with the river burbling away down the hill. The open plan living-room is perfect for you all to settle down and enjoy a meal or cosy up to the wood-burner. Outside is a pretty patio-area and a small paddock where the kids can let off steam. To cap it all, across the gravelled courtyard is a heated indoor swimming pool (complete with two swim jets and massage spa) for the sole use of guests at the cottage.
