The deceptive exterior of this property gives no inkling of the contemporary minimalist interior; limestone and oak floors warmed by under-floor heating, walls of glass looking onto a private enclosed garden, a multi-room music system and a huge sitting-room with low sofas, a large screen HD plasma television and a HD satellite package. The kitchen/dining-room has glass walls onto the inner hallway and the spacious, en suite master bedroom with its low level super-king size bed faces out over the tranquil, oriental-inspired garden, where an under-lit water channel glows neon blue at night. Privacy blinds cover some of the glass wall but still allow the morning light to stream into the room. A second small double bedroom and the small single bedroom share a limestone tiled bathroom. Situated off the main village street in Tregony, Serenity Blue offers easy access to the tree-lined creeks, coastal footpaths and sandy beaches of the beautiful Roseland peninsula. The sailing waters of St Mawes are a few miles south, and the Eden Project, Heligan Gardens and the Cathedral City of Truro are all within easy driving distance. Please note that this property is unsuitable for young children although a baby up to nine months old is welcome.
