Windy Ridge Cottage is a real delight and you will be charmed by the comfort, warmth and unexpected space once inside. The small, friendly village of Landrake (see photograph) is within easy reach of the south coast beaches, several National Trust properties and the maritime city of Plymouth, and is ideally located for exploring this unspoilt corner of Cornwall. There are two pubs, a flourishing village shop and children’s play park within walking distance of this welcoming mid-terrace, late Victorian cottage, and walkers will enjoy the pretty wooded valleys, the nearby moors and the coastal footpaths. The spacious sitting/dining-room is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable sofas and armchairs, and leads to a sunny conservatory overlooking the little patio and garden. Upstairs, the well appointed bathroom is shared by the spacious double bedroom and the second bedroom, which can be converted to a twin room with a pull-out bed if required (as a twin, this room is only suitable for children due to limited space).
