This Grade II Listed cottage, dating from the early 1800s, in the heart of Milton Abbot village, is close to the Tamar Valley and found on the road between the market towns of Tavistock and Launceston. Dukes Cottage is furnished in a contemporary style retaining many original features, including slate floors, oak beams and an open fire in the sitting/dining-room. The gorgeous bedrooms have some lovely bed linens and the staircase, as expected in a cottage of this age, is very steep and twisty with a small stepped landing at the top, so please take care with young children and the elderly.
