Melyn Goth (‘the old mill’) takes up the top two floors of the building, and is accessed from the quiet lane behind it. The front door opens into a hallway leading to four individually styled bedrooms, the en suite master bedroom boasting especially wonderful views of the creek. Downstairs, the living-room has two handsome sofas, a bookcase stocked with games, hand-built maple kitchen units, and several window seats making the most of the beautiful scenery outside. The terraced private garden and sheltered, elevated barbecue-area (please take care with children) is a few yards from the front door, along the lane and a footpath shared with a neighbour – an idyllic spot to sit, relax and enjoy the spectacular view. Please note, the second cot is a travel cot.
