Loved this cottage in centre of Mullion village, cafe and takeaway across the road, pub 3 min walk with excellent food. Although very central, it’s set back from road and the back garden overlooks fields, very quiet and peaceful. Cottage very clean, comfortable with lovely wood burner in sitting room. We had a fantastic stay at Corlan Cottage, the property is one of the best that we’ve stayed at in terms of location. It’s compact and cosy, perfect for hunkering down in during the bad weather and so many pretty locations within walking distance for sunnier days such as Poldhu and Polurrian Coves. The owners were so welcoming and checked up on us during bad weather which was very thoughtful. The view from the back of the cottage is rolling fields and from the front door it’s less than a minute by foot to local shops and pubs. We also visited Falmouth and Trebah Gardens during our stay, both highly recommended and we’ll have to arrange a return trip as there were many more locations that we would like to see....
