Big comfortable house with lots of space inside and out, our dog loved being able to roam around the grounds freely. Granddaughter loved the big scarey swing. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Great location but car required to get around....

Golden Cock Cottage exceeded our expectations, we adored the house but the garden is inadequately titled. This is not a garden; it's a park, and it has something for the whole family. We had our 15 year old girls with us plus one of their friends and despite their teenage years the girls were like young girls,, children again, running through the garden, hide and seek, playing on the swings, finding the hidden den. The garden has a map framed, hanging on the kitchen wall, great fun. We had a wonderfully memorable week’s holiday here, our biggest mistake; we should have booked another week!...
