Love this cottage, gardens and woodland. Secluded but yet easy access and close to everything you need and want. Weather was pretty poor, heavy rain nearly every day but spells where the sun came out so we made the most of those times. This is our favourite cottage in an ideal location so another great holiday in Cornwall....

Great local pub Great for lawn activities and the surrounding woods. Very spacious retreat for 6 and very homely

This was our second visit to Golden Cock and it didn't disappoint us either time. The location is good for the town, estuary and beach. The beds are so comfortable and the heating is sufficient alongside the log burner for colder evenings. The dogs loved the woodland and it wore then out enough to sleep and settle quickly although we take them out with us every time we go anywhere i can imagine the woods are wonderful for children to explore. I could willingly live there forever and never go anywhere else. We love Sennan cove. Phipps pasty shop is delicious and the local Asda very time saving for most things you require. ...
