Lovely property in a remote location...with very good pub food a mile away; lovely walks and a great area for visiting loads of interesting places and locations; Good National Trust places within easy driving distance. The cottage has all new good quality equipment and the only minor recommendation we would make is an instruction booklet available with working instructions for the cooker, hot air fryer and waste "management" including recycling arrangements...along with larger mirrors in each bedroom. Welcome pack of consumables was lovely and a nice touch along with a warm and friendly welcome by the owners....

We have just had a wonderful week at Stable Lodge. The property was very comfortable, well equipped and the owners were really friendly. The hot tub was one of the best we've used and we enjoyed the open views from it. There was a lovely courtyard garden at the rear that caught the morning sun and we enjoyed watching the horses, cats, dogs and chickens in the paddocks at the front. The location was very quiet. We were able to walk and cycle from the front door and, with a regular bus service between Felixstowe and Ipswich half a mile away, it meant we didn't use the car all week. The local pub was also excellent....
