Welcome back into Woodlands. The first floor hallway links all bedrooms and bathrooms, and is accessed from the staircase leading from the entrance hall.

Bedroom one is home to this fabulous double bed. This room is perfect for an additional 'occasional sleeping' arrangement.

Three generations of our family plus dogs had a lovely family get together at Woodlands, particularly enjoying how we could cook a large meal and eat together comfortably every evening followed by a game of snooker or relaxing in the large lounge. The garden was great for ball games. It was easy to get out by car to visit the local attractions like Budleigh Salterton and A La Ronde, more difficult if you want to walk from the door as the road is quite busy and there’s no proper pavement...
