Absolutely beautiful place to stay - we couldn't reccomend it more if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful and romantic private getaway. We initially were hesitant due to the few reviews available, but we can 100% confirm that it really is only because the place is new! We took food to cook in the airfryer/on the outdoor fire pit, some games to play, and prosecco to enjoy in the alfresco bathtub - perfect few days to get away (...and to get engaged!!????)...

Beautiful shepherds hut on the Lizard. Definitely one of the best I have stayed in - perfect for a solo holiday, and I experienced it in all weathers! The bed was perfect to snuggle in and read on a rainy, cooler evening with the wood burner on, and on a warm, sunny day having breakfast outside then a bath in the evening was just perfect. I had a peacock visit me on my last morning which was just lovely. Highly recommend Owl's Rest....

We had a lovely stay at owls rest, it had everything we needed. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and a great location for exploring the Lizard and Helford river.
