Bridge House is set in a wonderful village location in Thorverton, Devon and has pride of place in the centre by the bridge. It is a beautiful modern renovation of a very old property, so there is much character, and it gives lots of space to anyone staying there. Despite being in the countryside there are buses that go through the village, two great pubs, a post office and the Exe cafe and farm shop down the road. We enjoyed some country and River Exe walks, as well as visits to Crediton and Tiverton....
