Head to Combe Martin for a dose of vitamin sea!
Follow the River Lyn down to Lynmouth!

The house is ideally located. A very quick car ride away brings you to beautiful Lynton and Lynmouth, and a little further on to The Valley of the Rocks where, if you are lucky, you can enjoy the setting sun over glorious cliffs and sea. Immediately next to the garden is a gate leading into National Trust woodland which follows the river down to Lynmouth; a couple of miles, some of which is quite challenging, but well worth it! Will definitely consider booking again at a warmer time of year to make use of the outdoor space overlooking the river.

Bracken Lea is a super property, ideal for large parties since there is plenty of space to spread out. In inclement weather the large TV in the sitting room is ideal for movie nights. For those wishing to use public transport, buses stop just round the corner (on the road into Lynmouth) and now accept dogs. The whole area is very dog friendly and the walk next to the house along the river is ideal for a stroll. For vegans and vegetarians (with or without a dog) we can especially recommend Charlie Friday's in Lynton. A trip on the cliff railway is a must as is a visit to see the goats in the Valley of the Rocks....
