Property was stunning, plenty of room etc. Would recommend they supply a welcome hamper with bread, milk etc as there was nothing when we arrived after a long drive. Towels didn't smell fresh and some robes to use with the hot tub had stains inside them. Disappointed with the garden equipment. Website showed sun loungers, egg chair etc but these were locked away in the garage with no way of getting to them. ...

Very poor experience with confusion between owner and classic cottages over checkout time. We had a phonecall at 09:50 saying we needed to vacate by 10:30am which was almost impossible given there were 8 of us including 2 children under 3. We had originally been told we could have a later checkout which was 12pm. In the end we had to leave later than 10:30 and had the cleaner arrive just before we actually left which was just before 12. I have never had such a bad experience with checking out from a place I'm deeply disappointed and don't think I will ever book on Classic cottages again. Also there was 1 toilet roll per bathroom and half a roll of kitchen roll supplied in the entire house. There were 8 people staying over 5 nights!!! There were also no antibac sprays, cloths for cleaning up in the kitchen or sponges for washing up supplied - first place we've ever stayed that has been so under equipped for so many people over so many days. The owner was not very responsive either - the whole thing was a let down. That being said the house itself was lovely but all the other things let the entire experience down....

This property is absolutely stunning and exceeded all my expectations! Myself and 9 friends stayed for the weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday and couldn’t speak more highly of this house! Amazing space to house all of us, the kitchen is so well equipped that we didn’t need anything, the bedrooms and bathrooms are out of this world and so comfy, I felt like royalty staying here and will definitely be coming back! The management company and owners are so lovely and helpful and even left me a birthday card and bottles of Prosecco to celebrate! How lovely is that! 5 stars all round! ...
