This is a lovely house. We loved the views from the balcony and the sun room. Garden big enough to play in and we enjoyed a BBQ on the patio. The location is great, so peaceful but easy to get to Dartmouth and Start Point. It is also two minutes to Blackpool Sands. We had a great holiday at Seaway House....

Seaway house has a lovely view and was very warm on the chilly days we had. A lovely garden and surroundings. The conservatory was a great place to sit and relax, enjoying the sea view. We walked daily down to the beach at Blackpool Sands and enjoyed breakfast in the tea room. The house is very convenient for visiting Dartmouth, Coleton Fishacre, Plymouth and many other places....
