Absolutely gorgeous location, beautiful views from the house, with a lovely outside seating area for BBQs! Great access to Porlock with shops and tea rooms. Will definitely be booking again.

This was a lovely house that exceeded our expectations . It was perfect for your family get together and special celebration. Heating and hot water were plentiful with great pressure for the showers. The bed's were very comfy and cosy and the house well equipped. Views out across the valley, village and out to sea were a joy. There is walking from the door and easy access to the village where a visit to the Royal Oak is a must. We visited in December so made use of the super log burners and the house had been decorated for Christmas which was an added treat. Would definitely recommend and will come again. ...

Fabulous property with excellent views, easy access directly to the park and it’s sporting facilities. So light and airy, Beautifully furnished with eclectic mix of very comfortable furniture. This is a really wonderful, stylish, comfortable house with everything from comfy beds to a sun drenched deck. The location is also great for all that Exmoor offers. We loved it and will be back.
