This property was an excellent find. The property itself is modern, well equipped, spacious, but cosy at the same time. Plenty of room for a family of four. The owners were welcoming and on hand if anything was needed. The location of the property meant you could get away from it all but still be central to visit a range of places, we absolutely loved Malton with an array of independent shops and eateries, but we were also close to the moors to walk and see spectacular views! Could not recommend The Workshop enough. ...

Beautiful property in the countryside not far from Malton. Excellent accommodation and very comfortable. Ideal location for visiting many local market towns, historic houses and the coast.

The location is deep in beautiful countryside, but only a few miles from Malton and its foodie atmosphere. Castle Howard is on the doorstep, and York is not far away. The owners (and their family and dogs) are super folks who are readily available to answer questions. They have clearly spent a lot of time, effort and money in restoring The Workshop. We had a great holiday....
